Just like olive oil, any kind of vinegar should be stored dark and cool, preferably in a nice hand-painted Italian ceramic bottle.

Then Gothenburg's little Italian gem, Bellora on Avenyn, just happens to have this one. Actually, that says it all.

These are hand painted which means variations may occur.
