This art:
Mira & Thilda Berglind
Mira & Thilda are a Stockholm-based sister duo who have the world as their canvas. The purpose of every image they capture is to tell a story. They have a weakness for dreamy, almost fairytale-like landscapes that give the viewer a sense of adventure and other worlds. Their sisterhood is also one of their trademarks and can be seen through all their creations.
" We have always loved to tell stories through our images and bring the viewer into our own world." - Mira & Thilda
Production process:
Each giclée art print consists of several manual steps before being completed. Each print is hand-cut on a cutting table, quality-assured by a master printer, hand-numbered on the artwork as well as on the accompanying certificate of authenticity, and stamped with the "Mankovsky" - embossed seal in the lower left corner. In the final steps, before shipping to clients, we wrap the artwork in tissue paper, add an artist-signed certificate of authenticity, and place everything in a midnight black custom art bag tied with a silk ribbon with a pair of black nitrile gloves for the client's use when handling the artwork during unpacking .
